ONJE - West African Cuisine

From my travels to various countries and experiencing their cultures and cuisines, I knew I wanted to combine my passion for cooking and enthusiasm for design to rebrand an existing restaurant. After researching various cuisines, I stumbled upon 'Onje,' a West African food vendor in Manchester's Arndale Food Market. Their owner, Victoria, was excited to have me rebrand the company as part of my final major project. I kept their original colour palette, created a cleaner logo and menu, and designed packaging and kitchen uniforms. It was a fresh and exciting change compared to previous projects and one of my first live industry briefs.
