SafeBite is an app concept that assists users with their specific food allergies by making it much simpler to search and find locations that offer alternatives and substitutions for various food allergies, both within the UK and abroad.
The thought process behind my app is based on my Grandma who suffers from celiac disease and often has trouble finding restaurants that offer substitutes for the foods that she cannot eat therefore, she often avoids eating out all together because of this. The app also offers an allergy tracker and scanner to help users identify different foods and products which might contain harmful allergens.
